Prepared Blends
The following prepared blends are available for purchase. If you choose to make your own, I have included the ratio of essential oils that will go into the blend. For example, if you want to make 40 ml of the Antiseptic Air Spray Blend, you will mix 5 ml Eucalyptus, 10 ml each of Lavender and Tea Tree, and 15 ml of Lemon together. This is your base blend.
Antiseptic Air Spray
Essential oils: Eucalyptus (1), Lavender (2), Lemon (3), Tea Tree (2)
Suggested use: Add 8-10 drops to 3 cups of water. It can be used as an air spray or as a surface disinfectant.

Body Rub
Essential oils: Cedarwood (6), Clary Sage (3), Orange (6)
Suggested use: Add 30 drops to 2 Tablespoons of carrier oil. It can be used as a massage oil. Caution: it’s very relaxing!!!!

Common Cold (Adults)
Essential oils: Eucalyptus (2), Geranium (5), Peppermint (3), Rosemary (5)
Suggested use: Add 3-5 drops into a diffuser, use 4-5 drops in the bath water, or put 2-3 drops on a tissue and carry it with you, or, add 8-10 drops onto a carrier oil and massage the lung area, neck and around the bridge of the nose and eyebrow area. Be careful not to touch your eyes with the oil.

Common Cold (Children)
